Error when entering transaction 9 Years, 1 Month ago  
HI Hasan,

I am trying to enter a transaction in AR.I see below error. Can you let me know the solution.

and i see remit to address is a mandatory field here.
but it is not in your video.
why is that.
Please let me know

Navigate to Trading Community Manager -> Administration -> Geography
Hierarchy. Click on Manage Validations, and find the geography mapping and validations.
Example: Province, City, Postal Code
Enable tax validation and geography validation for each of the segments.

Yes Remit to address is a mandatory field but in my system I had a bug 14246164 which lets you save the transaction without a remit to address.

tax validation and geography validation are already enabled.
I tried running geography name referencing program by searching in google.But even that doesnt help.
I see the same error again.
Please let me know what else can be done.

Either the problem is in the remit address components or the bill to address.

Query the Bill To Customer you used and the locate the Bill To address you used.

Try to make some modifications to the address, just to purposely launch the address validation.

This will give you more clues as to what is wrong.

Once the address is validated in the Customer Form, you should be able to use it.
