Unable to launch forms 7 Years, 9 Months ago  
When I was trying to access the Login page of EBS and the responsibility from my Windows X64 machine, I am getting the below error:

In order to access this application, you must install the J2SE Plugin version 1.6.0_07. To install this plugin, click here to download the oaj2se.exe executable. Once the download is complete, double-click the oaj2se.exe file to install the plugin. You will be prompted to restart your browser when the installation is complete.


I tried installing the plugin but nothing worked.

I am using Windows10.
Browser : Internet Explorer .
Please confirm me the version of Internet Explorer that is compatible.
