Hasan,
I got this error APP-FND-01238: Cannot set value for field LINES.CODE_COMBINATION_ID . In the journals form I cannot enter 1, 2, and so in the Line box

Sir,
I re-compile Coa flex fiels but when I go on VIEW > REQUEST this:
Phase : INACTIVE (YELLOW COLOR)
Status : NO MANAGER (YELLOW COLOR)

Sir,
My mistake because I set up Profile Option Squential numbering as: Always Used insted not used.
Everything is fine.
